Conferences
About the Conferences Program
The Conferences Program is designed to identify events in which issues related
to evaluation research are being discussed. We attend several conferences a
year where we present evaluation research findings, participate in
panel discussions, and/or host exhibit booths where we discuss our
latest research and display our newest products. A list of upcoming conferences is available below, or you can use
our Search Conferences feature to the right to look up a specific conference of
interest.
The Center also organizes roundtable discussions and makes public
presentations that identify evaluation issues and enhance the
evaluation-related skills of producers and consumers of evaluations. In order
to make these sessions accessible to a wide audience, some will be offered in
conjunction with national or regional conferences and meetings. Some of these
sessions may be approved for continuing education credit.
In the event that users are interested in obtaining presentation materials from past conferences, the Archive of Past Conferences can be used. It
includes information from conferences held within the past 6 months. If a link
for conference material is available, it will be found here. For conferences older than 6 months,
please use the Search Conferences feature to the right.
For conferences at which we have presented, you can download these presentations from the Archive of Past Conferences or visit the Presentations section at the bottom of this page.
Occasionally we will locate and share evaluation related presentations not associated with any specific conference that we feel might be useful to our constituents. These presentations might be in the form of webcasts, online or CD-ROM courses, or print materials. These trainings can be found in the Federal and Other Trainings section.
